The sleep process can be so complex, but let’s make it simple! A lot of problems you experience day to day could likely be from poor quality sleep (or lack thereof) -Fatigue during the day -Waking up during the night (avoid caffeine and meals before bed, digestion takes energy) -Cravings (try a nap. Eat nourishing whole foods, not processed and sugary) -Brain fog -Increase in mistakes -Irritability or mood disorders -You don’t dream (sleep loss could mean dream loss!) ✨ We are a society that is do, do, do. We forget to rest and make self-care (and SLEEP) a priority. ✨ ✨ Slow down! Block time in the calendar for you.
